I grew up in the UK and traveled around Europe at an early age. I have always loved everything about food, the ritual, the community of it all and of course the taste! there is nothing that I don't like other than processed food that is. Working in a good professional kitchen is always very exciting, the people you work with, the events..the food! it all leads to a very satisfying place to be. I think myself very lucky to have experienced so much of it all.
