Bread crumbs?

Do you have any recommendations for bread crumbs? What type of bread did you use? I've never used bread crumbs. Thanks for any assistance!

It doesn't get easier than this recipe!

This is one of the most fulfilling recipes I have followed. I have prepared it more than 5 times and it has been flawless each time. Want to host a last-minute dinner party? This recipe is sure to please.

P.S. – I have a friend is allergic to garlic, and it is still yummy without.

Capers optional?

We didn't have vegetable oil at the house, but my mother recommended I try to fry the capers with Canola oil. I was a little intimidated by the oil splattering all over my mother's NYC apartment, but the capers were DIVINE. I think the recipe will be almost as tasty without the capers. I can't wait to make this recipe again!

Better Than Pumpkin Pie!

I was nervous I wouldn't get the flawless result my stepmother does when she makes cheesecake, but the video recipe made it too easy. One of my dinner guests claimed it was the best dessert she had ever had. But it was the accolade, "better than pumpkin pie" that will make me repeat this dish for Thanksgiving. P.S. Icing sugar is the same as powdered sugar or confectioner's sugar.
