I made this recipe because I had tasted peppercorn steak at a 5 star restaurant last week. My version at home using your recipe turned out perfect!! The only thing I changed was instead of dark chicken stock I used beef broth. I love the videos that go with the recipes it really helps to make sure your results at home will be perfect.
