I've been on the support side of hospitality for 14 years.. Designing inventory control systems, Menu Planning and Design, consulting in Staff hiring, Marketing, Management and so forth for Restaurants and Hotels. I've been told since I was very young that I should be cooking professionally and come from 3 generations of Restaurant owners. So, at this juncture in my life I am now pursuing my Culinary Arts degree and planning to open a fusion vegetarian bistro. | Food Tip: | To put more punch in pasta dish.. always fry the cooked pasta in a small amount of the sauce first.. Pasta fresh out of the pot is boring no matter how much you add it in itself is bland.. so kick it up a notch and fry in that flavour first!! |
