Vancouverite currently residing in foggy London town, England. The food scene is bursting at the seams here (contrary to old myths about British cuisine). I'm currently doing the Intensive Basic Cuisine course at Le Cordon Bleu and have recently counted that I have about 60 cookbooks...scary. I'm so glad I found this site and the fact that it's Canadian is even better. Told my food obsessed classmates about it. Love that there's no annoying celebrity chef and FOOD & TECHNIQUE is the main star of the videos.
