Love it!

I have completed all the lessons and patiently waiting for more! Today I made a Roux for my Bechamel and used that to make a Mac n cheese. Tonight I am making a Ribeye Steak pan fried with a pan suace and side salad with vinegarette. Just thought I would share what I have done so far with this site. I can't wait to do more. Oh also I am making a new dessert recipe for my cookbook tonight.

Rouxbe - spread the word

I am loving this school! Would you guys make a widget to put on a webpage to create some buzz for Rouxbe? I'd like to have it on my blog to promote this great school and community. You could have a member widget as well as a promotion widget for enthusiasts like me!
