How do you add the instructions to the steps when writing a recipe?

How do you add the instructions to the steps when writing a recipe?

I am trying to add some recipes, but there does not seem to be any help, and I do not understand how to add the instrucitons for each step. The format in your regular recipes does not seem to be working when adding the steps.

Problem solved - different browser.

The method section appeared when I changed browsers to Firefox. It did not appear in Windows explorer.
